2011 Infiniti M35h gets to europe’s market

The Infiniti M35h gets to european market, at the moment is the first hybrid by Japanese brand in the medium premium segment to compete with the Lexus GS450h, until we get upcoming models announced by Audi, Chrysler, BMW and Mercedes.

The M35h propulsion is managed by Direct Response Hybrid system that combines the naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V6 (306 hp and 350 Nm maximum torque) to an electric motor 50 kW (68 hp and 270 Nm at 1,770 rpm) located within the seven-speed automatic transmission. In total there are 364 hp, which theoretically allow the car to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds, with combined cycle fuel consumption officially reported at 7 l/100 km and CO2 emissions of 162 g/km. The car uses two clutches: one between the heat engine and the electric motor and the other between the rear wheels. Technological devices included are many, including the hybrid power steering, the screen that shows the flows of energy, energy recovery during braking, and audible alert for pedestrians when the car speeds up to 30 km/h in electric mode. The Infiniti M35h can travel in electric mode up to 100 km/h and the range can reach 1200 km.

All models features standard front seat semi-aniline leather with heating, ventilation and electrical adjustments, active Bi-Xenon headlights with Adaptive Front lighting System, adjustable steering column with a heated steering wheel, rear camera and parking sensors, Bluetooth and Ipod, glass sunroof and cruise control. The GT Premium adds the multimedia system with navigator and 3D 30 GB hard drive, with the Forest Air conditioning, Bose sound system with 16 speakers, control system of the blind angle mirrors, cruise control active and alert passing lane.
The Infiniti M35h will be available as GT (Euro 59,000) and GT Premium (Euro 65,000) with only the 7-speed automatic transmission with full optional.
