2011 LEXUS IS – IS F

The Lexus will be at the next Paris Motor Show with great news for the IS range. A new 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine and 150 hp that will equip the Lexus IS 200d. More Engines available to the Japanese sport sedan are the IS 220d with 177 hp diesel and the petrol version IS 250 with 208 hp.
The luxury brand of Toyota, will also present the new and revised IS-F, with 5.0 V8 engine, 423 hp, already compliant with Euro 5 standards. Lexus IS-F, car also chosen by British police, is characterized by the presence of a very interesting Torsen limited slip differential and a clutch regulator that drastically reduce power consumption and noise – the new 2011 Lexus IS F has a very impressive standard equipment. The maximum speed of the vehicle – electronically limited – is 270 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds.Report on fuel stops at 11.4 l/100 km, while CO2 emissions of 270 g/km.

In terms of aesthetic changes, the most important interventions are the inclusion of LED daytime running lights in the front lights and the debut of new body color Starlight Black GF. Internally the instrument panel undergoes a slight change of design, with the speedometer, tachometer and indicator of gears that moved a little in a different position, sizes are identical to those on the current model, but the tachometer in the new model will be positioned at the center of the instrument panel, taking a prominent place.
