Audi A4 Facelift
Audi has just introduced official images and info on the facelift of its A4 range, which will arrive in dealerships early next year. The sedan of Ingolstadt comes with the same stylistic elements of the latest brand’s car, especially the A5 and A6, with new headlamps, new daytime running lights and revised taillights. Further modifications to the bumper makes the the A4 a bit bigger, 4,7 meters long the sedan and Avant, while 4,72 meters are the A4 allroad and S4. Updated also the body tints, added four new with a total of fifteen colors. The Interior offers all of the classic strengths of the brand, with unlimited fit, details and rational, intuitive equipments. Among appealing is the new and well designed three spoke steering wheel.
The interior of the S line sport package has been sophisticated with black high-quality details, while the package include also 18-inch and optional 19-inch wheels with an S line sport suspension that lowers the body by 30 mm. The Audi A4 Sedan’s luggage compartment still has its 480-liter capacity – 962 liters with the rear seats folded down. The A4 Avant and the A4 allroad quattro in the trunk offers a total of 490 and 1,430 liters respectively and optional electrically operated tailgate for both versions.

Under the hood, Audi has improved fuel economy by an average of 11% for the 10 engines offered and 23 diversified variants.
Adaptive cruise control is now available on the A4 for the first time, the start&stop system is available on the range as standard, while the Infotainment and driver information systems have also been enhanced. The “green” versions, according to the German car maker, are the A4 2.0 TDI 163 hp and A4 2.0 TDI with 136 hp (4.2 l/100 km -112 g / km of CO2). The other variants with four-cylinder features 120, 143 and 177 hp and they can also be ordered for the allroad quattro, excluding the entry-level version. The diesel engines ends with the V6 3.0-Liter TDI that delivers 204 and 245 horsepower.
The Audi A4 range presents as well the latest in terms of petrol engine technology, starting with a new 1.8-liter TFSI engine, available for the Saloon and the Avant. The four-cylinder engine delivers 170 hp and 320 Nm of torque, while the fuel economy in the A4 Sedan is 5.6 liters per 100 km and 134 gr/km of CO2, which states less 19 percent of fuel consumption compared with the current engine. The entry-level gasoline engine is the 1.8 TFSI with 120 hp. The 2.0 TFSI delivers 211 hp, while at the top of the line is the 3.0 TFSI available in two different variants: a 272 hp in the A4 and an impressive 333 hp in the sporty S4 top model. The latter variant delivers 440 Nm of torque, which allow the 250/Km of top speed and a sprint time from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.0 seconds.

In Germany the A4 pricing have changed only a bit, despite the substantial upgrading. The A4 2.0 TFSI costs just 470 euros more than previous model: € 35,400.
