The 2012 Honda Fit Sport is the facelifted model just unveiled for the North American market and called Honda Jazz on some other markets as in europe. Compared to the Honda Jazz, the 2011 Honda Fit Sport comes with an updated design and improved performance.

The 2012 Honda Fit Sport features re-styled front apron, rear bumper with a new diffuser and an integrated darkened headlights. The 2012 Honda Fit Sport offers also 16 ” light alloy wheels with a unique look. In terms interior design, the 2012 Honda Fit Sport shows some dark metallic components for dashboard, a center console with a new ambient lighting, chrome accents on the instrument panel, better sound insulation and thicker glass front corner of the window system. Among standard equipment of the 2012 Honda Fit Sport the steering wheel with audio controls, the Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System with Voice Recognition and Bluetooth HandsFreeLink.

The Jazz version for Europe is only available with outputs between 90 and 99 horsepower, to boost the Japanese MPV destined for the North America, the carmaker used a four-cylinder 1.5-liter i-Vtec from 117 hp at 6,600 rpm/min and a max torque of 144 Nm at 4,800 rpm. The 2012 Honda Fit Sport has a five-speed manual transmission or, on request, the five-speed automatic, while the suspension are MacPherson at the front and the torsion beam at the rear.
