ABARTH PUNTO EVO AND ABARTH 500 C KITS ESSEESSE

Abarth has just presented as world première, at Paris Motor Show ended October 17 2010, the upgrade kit “esseesse” for new 500C and Punto Evo. The two equipment “esseesse” are in addition to bring more power and to have new colors and finishes on Punto Evo and 500C version. The Abarth Punto Evo kit esseesse will be available from December 2010 while that for the Abarth 500C on the end of October 2010. Abarth Punto Evo Kit “esseesse” comes to delivering 180 hp and 270 Nm of torque at 3,000 rpm, values that allow the car to reach 216 km/h and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds. The car shown in Paris is painted in gray Campovolo, Abarth logo to match the body color and fit 18″  Titanium or withe colored alloy wheels with specific design “esseesse”. The model fits Abarth Corse seats by Sabelt in black leather and a Abarth navigation system Blue & Me MAP, equipped with telemetry developed by Magneti Marelli.

500C “esseesse” is powered by the 1.4 16V T-Jet, increased in power to 160 hp, while peak torque increases to 230 Nm. Hence performance are bigger, as the Abarth 500C in this configuration reaches top speed of 209 km/h and sprint from 0 to 100 in 7.6 seconds. The kit box includes a braking system that consists of high-performance pads, vented perforated front discs 284mm x 22mm, rear 240mm x 11mm cross-drilled, modified suspension and air filter as on Punto Abarth Evo, 17 ” alloy wheels with  205/40 ZR17 tires.
