CHRYSLER INVESTS $9 MILLION ON 2-MINUTE SUPER BOWL AD

The Chrysler Group has been a star in last Super Bowl. The unique opportunity to reach 110 million people at once, convinced the auto giant to buy the advertising space at the Superbowl, the American football final game, wich is the most-watched TV broadcast in the U.S. held at the Cowboy Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Chrysler has invested $ 9 million for two minutes of commercials, with Eminem testimonial (VIDEO) for the first time, the star for the TV spot and chosen for the message contained in his song song “Lose Yourself. ” In the spot “Born of Fire”, Eminem is driving the new Chrysler 200, which – as anticipated by Fiat-Chrysler Group, CEO Sergio Marchionne – will be imported in Europe under the Lancia brand and probably rebadged Flavia.

The Detroit Free Press opened with the title: “This is Motor City and this is what we do” the newspaper underlines that the Chrysler 200 was the second Google search on Sunday, beating the Black Eyed Peas, the group that sang during the interval of the sporting event. The traffic on the search site Edmunds.com car has increased by 267% for Chrysler and 1619%  for Chrysler 200.
