The largest of the SUVs in Stuttgart is over five meters long and is given a slight facelift with a new special version. The Grand Edition Mercedes GL is ready to debut with the particularly rich package of standard equipment and a more competitive price than one’s of traditional versions. The Mercedes promotion is due to the fact that the big German SUV is nearing the end of its marketing, when will come the new model by 2012.
DESIGN: comparing the standard model, the Mercedes GL Grand Edition gets a lot of changes, especially the front bumper, which has been completely revised and addedd burnished headlights with horizontal LED daytime running lights. The gray or polished alloy wheels are fitted with 275/50 R 20 tires, and together with tinted windows, special body tints, helps to give a more sporting look to this Mercedes GL Grand Edition. The interior has been upgraded with new materials such as exclusive ash wood trim or like bi-color white-black leather to cover seats and door panels in order to obtain a chromatic contrast with the more dark color of dashboard and center tunnel in the GL Grand Edition.
