Spada Codatronca Monza unveiled as track-focused roadster

At the Top Marquez of Monaco, just opened,  one of the most eagerly awaited car is the revolutionary Spada Codatronca Monza, a limited-edition sport roadster which satisfies tastes of the most demanding drivers. It ‘s a great extreme car derived from Codatronca and made on Aznom request, the Italian company which produces and sells exclusive items and in this circumstance has created a special bags and helmet holders.

DESIGN: the Codatronca Monza is a racing car and weighs just 1,200 kg thanks to the tubular chassis and lightweight aluminum fiber  body, is 4.65 meters long and 1.94 wide. The very low front is the real hallmark of the car with the grand “mouth”, two lower air intakes and the geometric-shaped headlights with LED technology. The rear truncated, hence the Italian acronym “Codatronca” shows a single air diffuser and two large rectangular stainless steel exhaust. The competitive style shows a mini cockpit protected by a small windshield and two rear roll-bar. A sophisticated telemetry device allows to display up to 80 hours of data and record 40 channels including steering parameters, longitudinal, lateral accelerations and lap time. Suspensions are fully adjustable with 4 mode – rain, soft, medium and hard to always have maximum grip in all the track conditions – and are combined to the Brembo braking system with racing calipers, 380 mm front discs and 355 mm rear.

PERFORMANCE: according to Spadaconcept studio-workshop, the Spada Codatronca Monza can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3 seconds, reaching a top speed of 340 km/h. This spider seems to offer a great driving pleasure, thanks to the mid-front engine placement, rear wheel drive and 6-speed manual transmission with shorts gears.
