Volkswagen launched its OneThing campaign for the new Golf 7, a car that is one of best-selling in the Europe’s market. The OneThing consist in a video with the goal of involving people to talk about their one things in life that will be for the rest of their lifetime.
The sponsored promotion has been produced by the OneThing Agency Tribal DDB in Los Angeles, adding several pieces of people videos. Almost everything moves across the main idea of the campaign brought out and launched in 33 different countries.
Potential consumers are invited to state a preference based on many questions. An example? If you could choose a movie to watch for the rest of your life? And..what if you could choose one the place where to live forever? And a song to listen? A food to eat for the rest of your life what would it be? And why not choose the person to kiss for the whole life?
There’s also a social part of the campaign at OneThing.com where invited people can answer questions and create an emotional video to share with their contacts through Facebook. This is also One way to answer the fateful questions: “If you could choose ONE CAR for the rest of your life, what would you choose?”.
The answer to the OneThing campaign can only be “The new Golf 7”!
